ABOUT OUR PILATES STUDIO
At Body Form, we don’t offer generic Pilates. Everything we do is purposeful, strength-based, and physiotherapist-led, with a clear focus on long-term results.
Why Our Studio Is Different
Our Pilates classes are:
-

-
Small group training (maximum 8 people)
-
Designed by Physiotherapists
-

How Our Classes Work
Each BodyForm class runs for 50-55 minutes and is structured around two stations:
-
Tower (our hybrid Reformer with trapeze table attachment)
-
Wunda Chair
You’ll spend 25 minutes on each piece, with a smooth transition halfway through the class. Every session finishes with 2–5 minutes of guided breath work to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and help you reset before heading back into your day.
Purposeful, Physio-Led Programming
The key difference at BodyForm is how our classes are programmed.
All instructors teach from one shared, physiotherapist-led program. This ensures consistency and progression rather than individual instructors running disconnected or random workouts.
Our programming is built on evidence-based strength training principles, including:
-
Consistency
-
Progressive overload
-
Purposeful exercise selection
This means you may see similar movement patterns or muscle groups revisited over time, but with intelligent variations and progressions. The result is safe, structured strength gains without stagnation or overload.
Full-Body Focus, Every Class
Every station is designed to be full-body, not isolated or one-dimensional. Each class includes:
-
Upper body
-
Lower body
-
Deep core
-
Postural muscles
-
Strength and mobility
This balance is essential for reducing pain, improving movement quality, and supporting long-term physical health.
Suitable for All Levels
Our instructors always provide regressions and progressions, ensuring everyone is appropriately challenged whether you’re new to Pilates or highly experienced.
We intentionally keep class sizes small so instructors can be hands-on and attentive, supporting correct technique, making real-time adjustments, and modifying exercises as needed. Good form matters this is how we prevent injuries and avoid plateaus.
Important to Know
These are group-based programs, not fully personalised sessions. If you’re seeking individualised programming tailored specifically to you, our 1:1 private sessions are the most suitable option.
